General Terms of Use and Sale

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern use of the Road to Glory website, published by NINGEN, SAS immatriculée sous le numéro SIREN 990 431 116, and subscription to the paid Premium plan. Publisher information appears in the legal notice.

By using the website or subscribing to Premium, you accept these terms.

2. Service description

Road to Glory lets players create a League of Legends challenge, follow live standings and match history, and see current game status using Riot Games API data.

Premium unlocks additional features described on the Premium page. The subscription has no effect on a player’s Riot Games account, rank, or game results.

3. Price and payment

The subscription costs €3.99 per month or €35.99 per year, including taxes. Prices displayed when subscribing apply.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Road to Glory does not store payment card data. Payment is charged immediately on subscription and at each renewal for the selected period.

4. Term, renewal, and cancellation

The subscription runs for the selected monthly or annual term and renews automatically unless canceled beforehand.

You can cancel at any time from your Subscription area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No refund is provided for a period already started unless mandatory law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

5. Right of withdrawal

The digital service begins when Premium is activated. Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent provisions of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the fourteen-day withdrawal right no longer applies after performance begins when you have given prior express consent and acknowledged losing that right.

Before payment, you must expressly request immediate Premium activation and acknowledge that you waive your withdrawal right. Payment cannot start without these consents.

6. Glory Points and forfeits

Glory Points used in challenges have no real monetary value. They cannot be bought directly, resold, or exchanged for money or Premium. The subscription only sells service features.

7. Authorized use

You agree not to:

• extract, scrape, or automatically collect website data or content without prior written authorization;
• bypass an access or feature restriction, including a Premium restriction;
• disrupt the service or attempt to access another user’s data without authorization.

Road to Glory may suspend or terminate access to the service for a breach of these rules or an attempt to bypass payment.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, excluding Riot Games data and materials identified in the legal notice, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any reuse beyond exceptions provided by law requires the publisher’s prior authorization.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. Road to Glory uses reasonable means to maintain its availability and accuracy but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly when the Riot Games API is unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, Road to Glory is not liable for indirect losses related to use of the service. This limitation does not remove mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.

Any claim must first be sent to contact@rtgg.lol.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. They do not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the competent courts are determined under applicable legal rules, including those protecting European Union consumers.

12. Changes to the terms

The publisher may change these terms. Changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after publication. The applicable version and acceptance date are recorded when the user subscribes.
